Fallen Knight is a 2D Metroidvania.

The knight (Night) had been sent by the Guild to slay monsters in the forest. He then finds a cave in which collapses below him, making him fall deep bellow. The knight becomes lost under the surface and uses this time to become even more powerful for his return to the surface and battle.
